The Demographics module lets you define and collect data about the Users in your system. It also is a place where you can determine what you would like to collect and view for a Student on their Academic Portrait under the About tab.
You can define as many data fields as you wish, and those data fields will determine what your demographics management screen looks like. They will also determine what kind of reports and analysis will be available.
Path: Admin Toolbar > Advanced > Demographics
- Fields: You can create the data fields to be used for collecting information. The following data types are supported; integers, plain text, Boolean, and data linked to another table. For more detailed information, please refer to Demographics: Fields
- Sets: This allows you set have a collection of fields for different purposes. For more detailed information, please refer to Demographics: Sets
- Tables: These Virtual Database Tables are database views that you can create and populate with data. For more detailed information, please refer to Demographics: Tables
- Users: Select a specific User and view Demographic Set assigned to that User. For more detailed information, please refer to Demographics: Users
- Bulk Upload Template: Generates a template based on the selected Demographic Set. For more detailed information, please refer to Demographics: Bulk Upload Templates
- Bulk Upload: Bulk upload Demographic data on a set of Users. For more detailed information, please refer to Demographics: Bulk Upload
