The FCT (Faculty Contribution Tracking) settings in the Account Manager allow System Administrators and Super Users to customize certain settings related to the FCT module in Leo.
Path: Admin Toolbar > Advanced > Account Manager > Modules [expand] > FCT [expand]
Use the following settings to customize FCT settings:
- Exclude Non-Instructional Events: Check this box to leave non-instructional Events out of the FCT module reports.
- Include Courses with no students: Include Courses with no enrollment.
- FCT Primary report Monetary significant digits: Defines the number of significant digits to display on the primary FCT report monetary fields.
- FCT Primary report hour significant digits: Defines the number of significant digits to display on the primary FCT report hour fields.
- FCT XLS report Monetary significant digits: Defines the number of significant digits to display on the FCT XLS report monetary fields.
- FCT XLS report hour significant digits: Defines the number of significant digits to display on the FCT XLS report hour fields.
