This report displays all the active FCT Event Types for the specified Academic Year, as well as a summary count of how often the Event Type has been used in the selected year.
Path: Admin Toolbar > Advanced > FCT Admin > Event Types > [Select Year]

Learning Event Types
From this screen, you can create new Event Types or modify the existing ones.
Options that will determine FCT tracking
- Instructional: Y/N Toggle
- On Financial Model: Select YES to include these Events in the financial model.
- Prep Hours Conversion: Enter prep house for new Events.
- Repeating Hours Conversion: The prep hours from a non-new (repeated) Event.
