Use this option to batch upload Goals, and import the data into Leo.
Path: Admin Toolbar > Advanced > Data Entry > Data Import > Goals
Below is a sample template for Goals CSV file for download.
TIP: When copying content into the .cvs template use Ctrl+Alt+V to remove any formatting from the source file.
- Select a File: Browse for the CSV file.
- Save File
TIP: Leo automatically scans all uploading files for viruses. Click Close to continue.
At this point the data has not been imported/added to the Leo database.
This report shows the data that you have selected to upload to Leo. Use this report to preview and verify the data prior to the actual upload of the data into Leo.
- Click here to select a G&O Version and Import the Goals: This option will take the data and import it into the Leo database.
All Goals must be linked to a Goal and Objectives (G&O) version or they cannot be used. The dropdown list on this screen is a list of all of the G&O Versions currently in your system. You must select a G&O Version to continue. If the G&O Version you need is not in the list, go to Course Management -> G&O and set up a new G&O Version.
- G&O Version: select from the dropdown menu
- Click Import Goals
