This report will show Events that are missing critical data, which would keep the Events out of most standard reports.

The asterisks (*) indicate the category that makes the Event invalid.

• Learning Type was deleted
• Program was deleted
• Year was deleted
• SchoolYear was deleted
• From/To time was deleted
• Campus was deleted

You can edit the Events in this report to fix the issue, but not all of the elements that can make an Event invalid can be fixed via the edit Event screen. These items include, but are not limited to:

• Program
• Year
• School Year

Items that can be fixed in the Event screen include:

• Location
• Date
• Time
• Event type

In this example, the Location is not listed.

• Once this is corrected, click Save Learning Event
• The Event will no longer be on the invalid list.
