This feature allows you to upload a ZIP file of your User photographs and then use them in a number of places. Photographs are resized when the ZIP files is uploaded into thumbnail, small and medium formats.
Path: Admin Toolbar > Advanced > Data Entry > Data Import > User Photos
- Leo must recognize the type of ID number that you have selected.
- Zipping the file requirements for a successful upload.
- ZIP file should only include the photos and not any other sub-folders.
- Click Upload Your File
- Select the User ID Source
- Then select your ZIP file to upload
- Leo will then work to import the photos.
- There will be a pop-up message alerting when the import is complete. Click "Close" only one-time - do not click twice.
- It may take some time for Leo to finalize the import process. When the process is complete, there will be a report confirming the final import status for each photo.
