This report shows a summary listing of Categories linked to the active Goals for the current G&O Version.

From this report one can drill down into more detailed reports of the Goals, Objectives, and Competencies linked to this G&O Version.

There will be several summary views to select from: 

• Goal Count: This report will generate a detail listing of all Goals linked to a Category within a G&O Version.
• Objective Count: View the Objectives for this Category
• Competencies: This is a count of all Comptencies linked to the Objectives. To view a detailed report, click the number

Click the number link under the column you would like to view.

• To view the number of Goals linked to a specific Category, click the number link under the Goal Count column for the category you wish to review.

This report shows a list of the Goals associated with a given Category within the current G&O Version.

From this report you can:

1. Objective Count: View a list of Objectives linked to this Goal.
2. XLS: Generate a detailed spreadsheet of the Events linked to this Goal for a specific Academic and/or School year.
3. Category Summary: Return to the previous screen

• To view the number of Objectives linked to a specific Category, click the number link under the Objective Count column for the category you wish to review.

This report shows all of the Objectives linked to a given category within a given G&O Version.

From this report you can:

• Objective: Click to Edit. (Hover mouse to see full description).
• Competency Count: Edit which Competencies are linked to Objective
• XLS: Generate a detailed spreadsheet of the Events linked to this Goal for a specific Academic and/or School year.

This report shows the Competencies linked to a Category for a G&O Version via the link between the Objectives for that Category and Competencies
