The Event Screen is the central portal for all things related to an Event. This is also where Students and Faculty can view the basic information for an Event, download materials, participate in Discussion Boards and read Event Announcements.
Access an Event Screen from the Calendar by clicking on the Event.
Find an Event at the Section Level by following this
Path: Section Level Screen > Events > View > All Events
- Event Screen Menu: Details, Mange Materials, Assignments, Discussions, Announcements, Messages, Mapping, Assessments, Settings and Screen Help

NOTE: The menu links at the top of the Event screen may differ based on your specific Role in the System. Faculty will have more options in Events where they are the assigned instructor. Administrators will have more links than Students.

The Event screen also displays the location, date and time range, instructors, Course Directors and Course Coordinators and a Event description. Attire and Mandatory Attendance will be displayed on this screen.
TIP: Clicking on the Instructor's name will give you their contact info.
The rich content editor is available in various locations in Leo, including event descriptions, discussions, messages and much more.

The location detail can also display a Google Map of the exact location.

Select the Materials icon to toggle Related Materials on or off the screen.
