Leo tracks each failed login that occurs. When the number of consecutive failed logins is greater than the maximum number of failed logins then the User is locked out of Leo until an Administrator un-locks their account.
Once a User has a successful login, their list of bad login attempts is removed. If User that has reached the maximum number of failed logins, they will still be refused access even if their login password is correct.
The Administrator of your system is in charge of setting the maximum number of failed login attempts allowed.
Path: Admin Toolbar > People > Reports > Locked Out Accounts
The Administrator of your system is in charge of setting the maximum number of failed login attempts.
- Use the Clear All Failed Login Records option to clear all entries in the report.
- The Failed Password Listing will display all Users with failed login attempts, including those that have not yet reached the maximum number allowed attempts.
- Click the User Name to remove them from the list and allow then access again.
NOTE: A User that has reached the maximum number of failed logins they will still be refused access even if their login password is correct.
