This report shows all Users that will be forced to change their password the next time they log in. A forced password reset can be caused by an expired password (based on the rules you have defined for your system), or a manually entered force-reset request.
Path: Admin Toolbar > People > Reports > Password Reset Requests
Add New Request
The Add New Request option or clicking the the User's last name, allows you to enter a password reset request for that User. The User will then be forced to reset their password on their next login.
