This report displays the Academic Portraits that you as a Mentor have access to.
Path: Admin Toolbar > People > Student Portraits
In order to have access to a student's Academic Portrait, you must be assigned as their Mentor in the system.
Student Portraits
To view a Student's Portrait, click on the Student's name.
- To add a Noteworthy Characteristic for this Student, click the link.
- To Export/Download a PDF copy of this Student's Portrait, click the link.
Noteworthy Characteristic
- To add a new note, click the Add Note button
- Fill out the Characteristics text field, (*) required
- Save
Export Portrait
- After clicking the Export Portrait link the download will begin for the PDF file.
- Save to your desired location.
