These numbers can be obtained by downloading spreadsheets from the Course, Event, or Materials management screens.
NOTE: The download icon is available in all management screens (Course, Events, materials, etc.).
Path: Home > Admin Toolbar > Course Management > Course Settings > Courses > Sections
This report shows all active Courses for a given year.
- Rec ID: The first column on the left, ID#, contains the data numbers for each Course in the list.
- Click to download entire spreadsheet with all Course ID numbers.
Path: Home > Courses > [Course Screen] > Materials > Section Materials > Manage Materials
Click the downward-pointing arrow to download the spreadsheet of Section materials ID#.
Path: Home > Courses > [Course Screen] > Events > View > All Events
Click the downward-pointing arrow to download the spreadsheet of the Event ID#s.
Path: Home > Calendar > [Select Event] > Materials > Manage Uploads
Click the downward-pointing arrow to download the spreadsheet of the material ID#
