The Evaluation User Status report includes the status of all of the evaluations that have been assigned based on your selected options.
To access this report go to Admin Toolbar > Assessment > Evaulations > Evaluation User Status.
Select the Program and Academic Year from which you would like to see evaluation statuses. You can also optionally select a specific School Year. Selecting a School Year is a good option if your institution has a lot of evaluations and the report is taking longer to load. Once you make your selections, click Submit to load the report.
This report includes all of the basic information about each evaluation, as well as, the status (open, completed, or expired) and the date that is relevant to its status. You can use the Filter option (i.e. the funnel icon as seen below) to further refine this report to access exactly the information you need.
