This Course Template Info Screen is primarily for the management of the Course Template, including:
- Creating Course Template documents that will be displayed in all Courses/Sections
- Managing the Campuses and the existing Sections of the Courses
- Managing the work flow of Course Evaluations (if that option is turned on)
- Assigning Course Template Directors and Course Template Admins, who will have administrative authority over all Courses/Sections within the Course Templates for the year.
Discussions
Discussions can be created at the Course Template level and assigned to specific course sections (or rotations) that are a part of the current Academic Year.

At the Course Template level you have the ability to create evaluations in bulk, review and approve summary evaluations, manage evaluations created in bulk, view the gradebook for all sections of the course in the current academic year, as well as adjust gradebook settings for this course.

View all of the important details for this Course Template including the Program, Academic Year, School Year, Evaluator of Record, and Course Template Admins or Directors.
View all of the materials that have been uploaded at the Course Template level. These materials will be available in every section (rotation) of this Course for the currently selected Academic Year.
