There must be at least one Course Director assigned as the Primary Course Director. This is in order to identify the main Course Director that will be displayed in reports or screens where space is limited. The first Course Director added to the course will be made the Primary Course Director. You can have more than one Course Director, but only one can be the primary.

This list is used to manage the Course Template Directors for the current Course Template.
Course Templates Directors have administrative control at the Course Template Level, Campus, Level and Section Level of the course for the Academic Year of the Course Record.
Select the Course Director from the Available Faculty to move their name to the Selected Faculty.

Course Template Admins can be staff or faculty. They have administrative rights at the Course Template Level, Campus Level, and Section Level for the Academic Year of the Course Template Record.

This list is used to mange the Course Template Admins.
Select the Course Template Admins from the Available Staff to move their name to the Selected Staff.

This screen is used to designate the official Evaluator of Record for this Course Template for the current year.
This person will be the Evaluator of Record for the Evaluations that are finally submitted to the Gradebook
- Use the dropdown arrow to select the Evaluator.

This report lists all Faculty linked to a Course Template across all Sections in a specific academic year. The Faculty Type column indicates if they are linked by a clinical faculty enrollment or by teaching an event. The Faculty Hours column reflects Financial Time, which is rounded to the nearest half hour unless an instructor's event contains a custom time entry.
Click on the Event Count to view all Events assigned to the faculty member. This report will include all events across Sections of the course.

This report lists all students enrolled in a Course, across all Sections (ex. rotations) in that course for a specific Academic Year. Multiple values in the Section column typically indicate an over-enrollment for the student.
