View As User
Updated onArticleThe View As User function allows Administrators and Super Users to log in as another User without having to input a Username and password at the main login screen.
The View As User function is designed for testing and troubleshooting purposes only, so please use this feature sparingly.
In order to ensure this tool is not overused/abused, the following measures are always in effect:
- You must have a security level greater than or equal to the person whose identity you need to assume.
- You must enter a reason/explanation each time you attempt to use the View As User function. The system logs this activity for historical purposes.

Leo allows you to create skip logic to branch from one question to a different question further down your form (1), or to skip from one page to a different page in your form (2).

We have provided a number of commonly used themes as .csv files that can easily be imported into Leo. Use the guide below to walk through the process of importing themes into Leo. Or you can import your own themes for use in Leo.

Migrating to ‘Course Objectives’ in Leo
Updated onArticleLeo’s robust curriculum mapping capabilities are even more flexible now that you can include Course Objectives at the section level of a course. This option is enabled for each individual Academic Year in Leo. So not only are Course Objectives attached to the actual course in which they are mapped, but they are also distinct for each iteration of the course. Need to make changes to the course objectives this year? No problem, those changes won’t affect any previous iteration of the course!
