Competencies: Cloning a Competency Set
Updated onArticleWhen adding a new set of goals and objectives to a curriculum, you may want to map it to competencies prior to activating it.
A competency set can only be mapped to one set of goals and objectives at a time.
By following this procedure, you can clone your existing competency set in order to map your new goals and objectives without disrupting your current curriculum mapping.

Y&D: G & O Migration Tool
Updated onArticleThe Goals and Objectives (G&O) Migration Tool takes Objectives rolled over from an old G&O Version and re-maps them to Objectives from a current version. It currently supports direct G&O links at the Course, Event, and Long Event levels. As well as Session Objective G&O links at the Event and Long Event levels.

Mapping Objectives as Student-Faculty
Updated onArticleOccasionally, you may have instances where an upperclassman is assisting in a Course and is performing actions that only a Faculty member would be allowed to do. In these cases, you can add a Student as a Faculty to a single Course without changing their access to other Courses in the System (you won't be changing their Role in Leo). The Student will be able to help in the mapping of Objectives in their assigned Course.

Creating an Orientation to Leo Course for Students
Updated onArticleWe know that your students are learning and juggling a variety of technologies while completing their academic program. To support their onboarding to Leo, we have developed an Orientation to Leo course that can be used to train students virtually or as a supplement to other orientation events. While the course was designed to be utilized in its entirety, the resources provided can also be implemented within an existing orientation program at your institution. This may include using all or some of the modules and resources described below, either as part of a fully virtual or hybrid orientation. Feel free to use the available resources in the manner that best fits your institution's specific needs.

About the Curriculum Inventory (CI) Reporting Process
Updated onArticleThe Curriculum Inventory (CI) report is submitted annually to the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC). There are pre-defined, standardized requirements for the CI Report, which have been integrated into Leo. Institutions can submit their CI Report to the AAMC directly from Leo.
