TIP: Administrators can set the security level of View As User from the Edit Menu Screen in People.
Path: Admin Toolbar > People > Edit Menu
- Name (Edit:): Click on the name of the item that requires editing.
- Security Level: Raiser or lower the security level for View As User.
- Save Menu Item
