Password Reset Requests Report

This report shows all Users that will be forced to change their password the next time they log in. ​A forced password reset can be caused by an expired password (based on the rules you have defined for your system), or a manually entered force-reset request.

Path: Admin Toolbar > People > Reports > Password Reset Requests

Add New Request

The Add New Request option or clicking the the User's last name, allows you to enter a password reset request for that User. The User will then be forced to reset their password on their next login.

Clear All Requests

Requested Password Changes

These Password Change Requests are initiated by the User after a failed logon attempt. They remain active for 3 hours after the initial request
